This page explains what happens when you use Turkey Trip Advisor’s enquiry tools, analytics and AI-assisted Travel Support.

Enquiries by email or WhatsApp
The “Build Your Turkey Idea” form creates a formatted draft in your email or WhatsApp app. You review and send it yourself. The site does not make a booking or confirm availability. If you send an enquiry, we receive the contact and travel details you chose to include and use them to reply and prepare your request.
Analytics and technical data
Google Analytics helps us understand page use and improve the website. It may process technical and usage information such as device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed, using cookies or similar technologies according to Google’s terms. Your browser can block or clear cookies.
AI-assisted Travel Support
When you send a Travel Support message, the message and relevant website travel knowledge are sent securely from our server to the OpenAI API to produce a reply. Do not enter passport numbers, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal data. AI replies are planning aids, not booking confirmations, and important details must be checked before travel.
External services and retention
Links to WhatsApp, email, Google and other websites are governed by those providers’ policies. We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to answer, manage a potential programme and meet legal or operational requirements.
